HIGH POINT, N.C. - The High Point University women's basketball team will host Gardner-Webb on Feb. 23 for senior day. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. in the Millis Center.
 
The Panthers are coming off a win at Presbyterian, while Gardner-Webb beat Hampton in its last game.
 
History vs. Gardner-Webb
High Point currently leads the series over Presbyterian 21-13. In the last meeting, the Panthers took a 78-61 decision in Boiling Springs, N.C. Jan. 12.

• The Panthers are 120-92 all-time under head coach DeUnna Hendrix.
 
• In the Millis Center, Hendrix has a 65-28 record.
 
• Senior Emma Bockrath leads the Purple & White with 16.2 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game.
 
• Senior Lindsey Edwards is third in points per game for High Point at 10.7. Edwards also adds 4.8 rebounds per game.
 
• The Perry Hall, Md. native ranks seventh in the Big South in steals per game. Edwards is 63rd in the NCAA in steals per game.
 
• Senior Shea Morgan is second on the team in points per game (11.1) and third in rebounds per game (5.5) and assists per game (2.6).
 
• Morgan scored a career-high 22 points against Radford (Feb. 9) and at Presbyterian (Feb. 16).  She grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds against American.
 
• The senior forward was named Big South Player of the Week on Feb. 18 after averaging 19.5 points, seven rebounds, while shooting 48.3 percent from the field.
 
• Senior Bria Gibson's 5.7 rebounds per game is second for HPU. Gibson adds 8.3 points per game.
 
• Gibson has posted three double-doubles on the season with the most recent coming against Radford (Feb. 9) with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
 
• Junior Camryn Brown is tops on the team and tied for second in the Big South in assists per game at 4.9. She is second in the Big South in assist/turnover ratio at 1.5. 
 
• The Copley, Ohio native is fourth on the team with 10.0 points per game.
 
• High Point averages 71.5 points per game, which leads the Big South.
 
• The Panthers also lead the conference in field goal percentage (.414) and assists (15.96).
 
• The Panthers average 11.8 steals per game, which ranks 10th in the NCAA.
 
• In its 16 wins, High Point has held its opponents to an average of 58.8 points per game.
 
 
A LOOK AT THE RUNNIN' BULLDOGS (14-12, 8-6)
• Carley Plentovich leads Gardner-Webb and ranks ninth in the Big South with 14.0 points per game.
 
• Plentovich grabs a team-high a 2.5 steals. This ranks fourth in the league.
 
• Gabrielle Caponegro is tops on the team in rebounding and ninth in the conference with 7.1 per game.
 
• Ky'Asia Stanford dishes out a team-high 3.16 assists per game, which is ninth in the Big South.
 
• Stanford adds 9.4 points per game for the Runnin' Bulldogs.
 
• Savannah Plentovich is second on the team in points per game at 10.3. She also leads the Big South in free throw percentage at 87.5 percent.
 
• As a team, the Runnin' Bulldogs are tops in the Big South in free throw percentage at 71.1 percent and turnover margin at 7.58.
 
• Gardner-Webb is second in the league in scoring at 67.4 and steals at 12.12.
 
• During conference play, GWU leads the conference in 3-point field goal percentage at 33.6 percent and turnover margin at 7.50.
