HIGH POINT, N.C. - The High Point University women's basketball team will travel to Clinton, S.C. to play Presbyterian on Saturday, Feb. 16.
 
The Panthers are coming off a win at Charleston Southern, while the Blue Hose fell at UNC Asheville 
 
History vs. Presbyterian
High Point currently leads the series over Presbyterian 19-6. In the last meeting, the Panthers took a 79-40 decision in the Millis Center on Jan. 10.

• The Panthers are 119-92 all-time under head coach DeUnna Hendrix. 
 
• Senior Emma Bockrath leads the Purple & White with 16.4 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per game. 
 
• Bockrath was named Big South Women's Basketball Player of the Week (Dec. 3) after averaging 15.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 4.0 steals over three games. 
 
•The Dayton, Ohio native ranks third in the Big South in scoring (16.4), steals per game (3.1), fourth in field goal percentage (.431) and assist/turnover ratio (1.2), seventh in assists per game (3.2) and sixth in rebounds (7.5). Bockrath is 16th in the NCAA in steals per game.
 
• Senior Lindsey Edwards is second in points per game for High Point at 10.8. Edwards also adds 5.0 rebounds per game.
 
• The Perry Hall, Md. native ranks tied for fifth in the Big South in steals per game. Edwards is 53rd in the NCAA in steals per game.
 
• Senior Shea Morgan is third on the team in rebounds per game (5.4), assists per game (2.7) and points per game (10.7).
 
• Senior Bria Gibson's 5.7 rebounds per game is second for HPU. Gibson adds 7.5 points per game.
 
• She is averaging 12.6 points and 6.6 rebounds over the last five games. 
 
• Junior Camryn Brown is tops on the team and third in the Big South in assists per game at 4.7. She is second in the Big South in assist/turnover ratio at 1.4.  
 
• The Copley, Ohio native is fourth on the team with 10.1 points per game.
 
• High Point averages 71.6 points per game, which leads the Big South. 
 
• The Panthers also lead the conference in field goal percentage (.413) and assists (15.87).
 
• The Panthers average 11.8 steals per game, which ranks tied for 12th in the NCAA. 
 
• As a team, High Point grabbed a season-high 20 steals against Greensboro. 
 
• In its 16 wins, High Point has held its opponents to an average of 58.5 points per game.
 
A LOOK AT THE BLUE HOSE (4-19, 2-10)
• Kacie Hall leads Presbyterian and ranks sixth in the Big South in points per game at 14.7.
 
• Hall is tied with Trinity Johnson for tops in assists per game at 3.3, which is fifth in the conference. 
 
• Salina Virola is fifth in the league and first in for the Blue Hose with 8.0 rebounds per game. 
 
• Virola adds 10.9 points per game.
 
• Hall leads the Big South in 3-point field goal percentage at 42.5 percent.
 
• As a team, the Blue Hose lead the conference in 3-point field goal percentage at 35.2 percent.
 
• Presbyterian is second in the conference in free throw percentage at 71.0 percent.
 
• During conference play, the Blue Hose rank second in rebounding defense at 36.5.
 
• Head coach Alaura Sharp is in her first season as the head coach at Presbyterian. She has a 4-19 record this season.
