HIGH POINT, N.C. - Alex Hall has been hired as an assistant athletic trainer with the High Point University Sports Medicine Staff. She will work primarily with the men's soccer and baseball teams.

Hall comes to HPU from NC State, where she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Wolfpack softball program from 2015-17. She also assisted with secondary coverage for the volleyball, women's basketball, wrestling, and gymnastic teams. Prior to NC State, Hall was an intern athletic trainer at Ohio State University for the 2014-15 season where she worked with the aquatic teams.

Hall graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. She earned her master's of education degree with a specialization in health professions education from NC State in 2017. She holds certifications from NATABOC, the state of North Carolina, the American Red Cross, and NPI.
