Brumfield earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, North Carolina. From there, he completed a general surgery internship and orthopedic residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at Lipscomb Clinic.Brumfield has over 25 years of experience in orthopedic sports medicine and works in Kernersville, NC and 4 other Novant Health locations.

Casebere holds two Masters of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; one in Counseling and one in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and Tennessee. She is listed as a mental health provider in the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee directory, and is an active member of Clinical/Counseling Sport Psychology Association.  Molly has had extensive training in working with the unique needs of elite athletes. Prior to moving into private practice and contracting with collegiate Athletic Departments, Casebere began her career in a college Counseling Center working with students addressing a variety of mental health concerns. Since then, Casebere has narrowed the focus of her work to athlete mental health care and performance enhancement.

Stemke earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, where she was a two-time AVCA All-American, Big Ten Player of the Year, and later inducted into the University of Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame. She also represented the United States on the USA Women's National Team and competed professionally in Puerto Rico and France. She is currently completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at East Carolina University while pursuing her Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credential. Stemke spent more than a decade coaching NCAA Division I volleyball at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the University of Nebraska, and the University of Georgia. She currently serves as Athletic Director at Canterbury School in Greensboro. Drawing on her clinical training, coaching experience, and background as an elite athlete, she helps athletes develop the mental skills to optimize performance, build resilience, and support their overall mental health and well-being.
