HIGH POINT, N.C. – Anna Ridder has joined the High Point University Sports Medicine staff to become the athletic trainer for the volleyball and women's lacrosse programs.
 
Previously, she served as the athletic trainer for both the men's soccer and baseball teams at Newberry College from August 2014 to May 2016. Ridder also acted as the medical director for the South Atlantic Conference Men's and Women's Soccer Championship in November of 2014.
 
Ridder obtained her bachelors degree from the University of South Florida in May of 2014. During her time in Tampa, she assisted with the athletic training duties for the men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball programs.
 
She also has garnered experience at two high schools in the Tampa area and on an outreach trip to Palestine.
