Charleston Southern got 27 points from Marea Daniels and 18 points from Tamara Ruzic en route to a 91-54 win over visiting High Point Monday night at the CSU Field House.
The loss snaps the Panthers' five-game winning streak with a thud.
CSU (8-6, 2-2 Big South) stretched a 39-27 halftime lead to as many as 40 points by shooting 62 percent from the floor. The Lady Bucs made all seven of their three-point shots.
Meanwhile, the Panthers struggled, shooting just 38 percent for the game. HPU was just 2-of-12 from behind the arc.
Misty Brockman led High Point (11-5, 3-1) with 14 points. Shannon O'Brien and freshman Keauna Vinson added nine points apiece.
The Panthers have nine days off before a showdown with six-time defending Big South-champion Liberty on Jan. 22 in the Millis Center.
