CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  On Thursday afternoon, the Big South Conference announced the men's track & field athletes of the week, naming Hight Point University's Ricardo Montes de Oca as the Field Athlete of the Week for the fourth time this outdoor season.

Montes de Oca competed at the Charlotte Invitational last weekend in the pole vault and won his fourth title during the outdoor season. He cleared 5.52m, matching his height from the week before at the Aggie Invitational.

High Point competes at the Aggie Classic at NC A&T on Friday, April 31 Saturday, May 1. The Panthers will also compete at the Duke Twilight on Sunday, May 3.
