- Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the 2nd consecutive season after clearing 5.35m at the NCAA East First Rounds.
- Was crowned the Big South Pole Vault Champion, clearing 5.50m.
- Also jumped in the long jump for the first time in his collegiate career at the Big South Championships and placed third with a 7.43m jump.
- Set a new progam and Big South record at the 44 Farms Invitational with a 5.70m bar for first place.
- Placed first at seven meets.

- Cleared 5.60m to place seventh and was a First Team All-American at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships (Mar. 13-14).
- Won the pole vault with a mark of 5.37m at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-28).
- Won the pole vault with a mark of 5.67m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 16-17).
- Cleared 5.57m and placed second in the pole vault at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 23-24).
- Posted a personal best 5.68m and placed second in the pole vault at the Doc Hale Invitational (Feb. 6-7).
