Crawley Brings on Current PLL Pro to 2026 Staff

HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University men's lacrosse head coach John Crawley announced the addition of Jack Posey for the 2026 season on Wednesday afternoon. Posey played four years of lacrosse at Penn State and graduated in 2023. He currently plays professionally in the PLL with the Carolina Chaos.
 
"We're thrilled to have Jack join our staff," Crawley exclaimed. "Not only is Jack playing at the highest level of the game night now — but he is extremely passionate about making young athletes better men. He is an excellent for our locker room, and I can't wait to watch him make an immediate impact on our guys."
 
While at Penn State, the native of South Riding, Virginia appeared in 42 games with 25 starts on defense. He totaled 52 ground balls with a season-high 25 ground balls during his junior season. As a defensive player, he managed to find the net on four goals during his career, scoring his first collegiate goal against The Ohio State in 2022. In 2023 he was named to the All-Big Ten Second Team and was voted to the USILA, Inside Lacrosse, and USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Honorable Mention selections. Academically he earned three academic All-Big Ten awards and was named to the 2023 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar List.
 
Since graduating from Penn State, Posey has been playing in the PLL with the Carolina Chaos. He has appeared in three games thus far in the 2025 season and picked up four ground balls with a caused turnover.
