JOHN ISLAND, S.C. — The High Point University men's golf team wrapped up its first spring tournament as
Burch Harrison placed in the top 25 to lead the Panthers in the two-day, 54-hole tournament at the Golf Club at Briar's Creek in John's Island, S.C.
Head Coach Logan Davis: "I am incredibly proud of the team fighting back after a tough first round. They stuck to our game plan and never got sidetracked. It's always difficult coming back from a difficult round, but these guys showed a ton of heart to do what they did in the second and third rounds. After a rough month of weather, we were knocking some rust off of the game, but we will get back to work and be more prepared for Wexford."
