Charlotte, N.C. - Two members from the High Point men's basketball team were named to the Big South Player of the Week listings on Tuesday January 2. Kimani Hamilton was named the Co-Player of the Week along with UNC Asheville's Drew Pember, while Juslin Bodo Bodo earned his fourth Freshman of the Week honor and second consecutive this season.

In the Panthers lone game last week following the holiday break, Hamilton led the team in the win over Bellarmine with 23 points. He went 6-for-10 from the field and a perfect 10-for-10 from the line to record his best night from the charity stripe this season. In his 35 minutes of play, he brought down six rebounds, four of which were on the offensive end of the court. Hamilton tied his season-high with three steals and added two blocks and an assist. This was Hamilton's first time winning the Big South Player of the Week award.

After another solid shooting night from the big man inside, Bodo Bodo tied his career-high 10 points for the third time this season after going a perfect 5-for-5 from the field. In the mix of field goals, Bodo Bodo threw down two hammering dunks. Adding to his stats, he led the team on the boards picking up four offensive rebounds and five defensive rebounds to total nine. He also contributed a block and a steal.
