The Field
20 teams make up the field. Along with tournament host Western Carolina, High Point joins Big South foes USC Upstate and Radford. Austin Peay, Augusta, Bellarmine, Belmont, Central Florida, Davidson, Jacksonville State, Marshall, Morehead State, Murray State, Richmond, Siena, Weber State, Western Kentucky, Wright State, and Xavier are also competing.

Sea Palms Resort
Open to resort guests, the public, and members, the Sea Palms Resort golf course has 18 challenging holes surrounded by salt marshes and island lagoons. Originally a George Cobb design, the course was recently renovated to showcase the unique terrain and great views.
 
The Format
The 54-hole tournament will take place over three days. 18 holes will be played on each day. Standard tee times off the first hole and the 10^th hole will range from 7:10 A.M. to 9:40 A.M. each day.
 
Last Time Out
The Panthers last competed in the Wexford Intercollegiate in Hilton Head, S.C., finishing 10^th out of 18 teams.
