Men's golf will travel to Hilton Head, S.C. to participate in the annual Wexford Intercollegiate. The Event is being hosted by Francis Marion University, who won the event last year.

The Field

There are 18 schools participating in the event. Along with High Point and tournament host Francis Marion, Cleveland State, Charleston Southern, East Carolina, Dayton, Gardner-Webb, Georgia State, Mercer, Nicholls State, Presbyterian, Radford, Richmond, Samford, USC Aiken, Temple, Winthrop, and Xavier are all competing.

Wexford Golf Club

Founded in 1983, Wexford Golf Club is a signature Arnold Palmer design which embodies the golf legends "fun for all players" philosophy. It is a private golf course with four tee boxes to accommodate all skill sets. Off the Palmer tees, the course will play as a par-72 with a total distance of 6,913 yards. 

Format and Schedule 

The 54-hole event will start with a shotgun start at 8:15 A.M. on Monday. 36 holes will be played on the first day. A shotgun start will start the final round on Tuesday. 

Last Time Out

High Point finish fourth at the Earl Yestingsmeier Match Play event two weeks ago. Burch Harrison won all three of his matches to earn him his third Big South Freshman of the Week award.
