KANNAPOLIS, NC. – The High Point men's golf team wrapped up day one of play at the Irish Creek Intercollegiate with 36 holes on Saturday. Christain Castillo led the way for HPU in both rounds today finishing with a total of three birdies and two eagles. Castillo sits at T8 place with one final round left to play tomorrow.

First Round

Christian Castillo and Avery Price led the way for HPU in the opening round of the Irish Creek Intercollegiate as they both shot -1. Price finished with four birdies, while Castillo finished with two birdies and an eagle. 

Second Round

Christian Castillo led the way again for HPU in the second round as he shot -3 with one birdie and one eagle. Stuart Fuller also had a strong second round shooting a -2 with five birdies.
