The High Point men's lacrosse will play their SoCon opener on Saturday (April 2) as they make the road trip down to Florida to face Jacksonville. The first faceoff is set for noon.  Â

The High Point University men's lacrosse team won big over Detroit Mercy, 18-8 on Saturday (Mar. 26) afternoon at Vert Stadium. Asher Nolting had a career day scoring five goals and had six assists for a career-best 11 points which also set the program record for most in a single game. Nolting moved into 11th all-time for points in the history of College Lacrosse.
Brayden Mayea was second in scoring with four goals on the day in the win.

Asher Nolting now has 319 career points and sits 18th all-time in career points in College Lacrosse. He is 81 points away from Lyle Thompson in first who accumulated 400 points during his time in Albany.Â

Before his senior season, Michael Ippolito had four goals in his career. Through four games he has scored seven goals on the year and had four goals in the win against Navy.Â
Since the Beginning of Time
Nolting has recorded at least one point in every college game he has ever played in. He is one of five active DI players to achieve this feat heading into 2022. His goals-assists points line looks like this: 133-186-319.
One Viner
Hunter Vines received the first All-Southern Conference honor of his career in January. The senior played in all 14 games last season and started in nine, finishing the year with 14 goals and 12 assists. Vines scored two goals in the Panthers' 11-9 semifinal win.
