The High Point University's women's lacrosse team travels to Chapel Hill, N.C. to take on the #1 Tar Heels. HPU is coming off of a 13-11 win over Mercer and looks to carry that into their game against UNC. The game will be broadcast live on the ACC Network with the first draw taking place at 4:00 PM.

Britton Earns Big South Honors
The graduate student captain, Ashley Britton was selected as the Big South Preseason Defensive Player of the Year and on the week of 2/16, she opens the season with an Offensive Player of the Week selection. She earned the honor after ending the week with 8 goals, and already has nine draw controls on the season through the two games this season.
Welcome Back
2020's senior class returns to HPU for a fifth season as graduate students after last year's season ended early. This group consists of Jill Rall, Ashley Britton, Brielle Prouty, Abbie Karalis, Megan Nerney, and Kylie Holthaus
Kyle Points
Senior Kaely Kyle has had a strong start to her senior season as she scored four goals against Jacksonville and two against Mercer in the 13-11 win.
Drawn to Success
The Panthers are getting it done at the draw circle this season. The Panthers have 27 draw controls through two games while opponents have picked up 24 draw controls. HPU has either matched or beaten the draw control totals of their opponents through two games.
Top Tests
The game against #1 UNC starts a two-game streak for the Panthers for facing ranked opponents. On Sunday HPU travels to face #1 UNC, then the Panthers travel up to Harrisonburg, Va. to face #10 James Madison.
