Broschart Added to U18 Iroquois Nationals Coaching Staff

HIGH POINT, N.C.-- The Iroquois Nationals have announced the addition of High Point University men's lacrosse associate head coach Ken Broschart to the U18 Iroquois Nationals coaching staff as an assistant.

"I am honored to represent the Iroquois National Team in Limerick, Ireland this summer," Broschart said. "It will be an unbelievable experience and an incredible opportunity to develop as a coach. I am most excited to learn more about the culture and traditions of the Haudenosaunee."

Broschart and the U18 Iroquois Nationals team will compete in the 2021 World Lacrosse Men's U20 World Championship in Limerick, Ireland at the University of Limerick. This tournament will feature the best lacrosse national teams in the world at this age group. The Iroquois Nationals will be looking to build off of their bronze finish in the 2016 world games.

During Broschart's time at HPU, he and the Panthers have won two regular season SoCon titles. Broschart is entering his fourth season as a member of the High Point coaching staff alongside head coach Jon Torpey.

"This is such a great honor for Kenny," Coach Torpey said. "KB is one of the brightest minds and hardest working people in our sport and we are excited to see him bring his expertise to the Iroquois Team. This team will be incredibly skilled, well-coached and very tough to beat in Ireland next summer."
