HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University women's basketball team looks to continue climbing the Big South standings in a clash with Liberty on Tuesday in the Millis Center.
After their five straight wins, the Panthers (10-13, 8-4) are tied with the Flames (9-14, 8-4) for third place in the conference standings one game behind Radford and Campbell.
Quick Hitters:
•
Emma Bockrath posted a career-high 27 points in HPU's 84-65 victory at Gardner-Webb on Saturday. The sophomore has scored at least 20 points in three straight games - the first to do so since

•
Emma Bockrath, the two-time reigning Big South Player of the Week, is averaging 16.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.6 steals in HPU's 12 league contests.
• HPU has experienced an offensive explosion during its five-game winning streak with all five wins coming by double digits. During the streak, the team is averaging 80.4 points per game thanks in large part to 16.2 assists per contest.
• This year's team could break the program's Division I record for free throw percentage and three-point percentage. The team is shooting .357 beyond the arc and .750 from the line, both marginally better than the previous record (.356 and .749).
• Keys is headed toward other remarkable career milestone. The guard needs 36 rebounds and three steals to become the first Panther in the team's Division I era to rack up 400 rebounds, 300 assists and 200 steals.
• A win would give High Point its first six-game winning streak since a seven-contest streak from Feb. 17-March 8, 2014, which included two Big South Tournament victories.
• In 2015-16, the Purple & White averaged 35.8 rebounds per game and finished 241st in the nation. However, this season the Panthers are 66th this year with 40.8 rebounds per contest.
• No Panther has scored at least 20 points in four straight games since Erin Reynolds closed out the 2011-12 season with five straight 20-point outings.
• With five straight wins the Panthers are tied with Liberty for second in the league standings and are just one game behind Radford and Campbell who are tied in first place.
