HIGH POINT, N.C. - Redshirt-freshman
Jahaad Proctor joins the Panthers in 2016-17 after putting together a strong freshman season at Iona College. The Harrisburg, Pa., product appeared in 32 games and averaged 5.3 points for the Gaels, who won the MAAC Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. He posted 10+ points in seven games and notched a season-high 20 points vs. Fairfield on Dec. 1. Proctor will sit out the 2016-17 season due to NCAA transfer rules and will have three years of eligibility beginning in 2017-18.
