HEAT SHEETS | EVENT SCHEDULE | LIVE RESULTSHIGH POINT, N.C. - The High Point University men's indoor track & field season culminates at the 2015 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships Feb. 26-27 at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Action begins Thursday at 11 a.m. with the start of the men's heptathlon. Friday's events kick off at 11 a.m. with the 60m hurdles portion of the heptathlon. Admission is free for all who'd like to attend. Live results also can be accessed by

The Panthers have finished in the top-3 at the Big South Indoor Championships in each of the past two seasons. The team's second-place showing in 2013 is the program's best-ever finish in the event.
Redshirt-senior
Tristan Faure will lead the Panthers in the heptathlon, which begins with the 60m dash on Thursday. Faure holds the HPU indoor record for points (4956) in the event during a second-place finish at Big South Indoors in 2013. He will be joined in the heptathlon by sophomore
Eric Purnell and freshman
Matt Hollis.
Junior
Will Narramore will be HPU's lone participant in the long jump on Thursday at 4:25 p.m. The Nashville, Tenn., native also will compete in the triple jump on Friday at 2:15 p.m. along with sophomores
Andrew Mahon and
Pat Irwin.
HPU's Big South Champion distance unit begins competition with the 3000m run on Thursday at 4:50 p.m. Junior
Paddy Grandinali is seeded fourth (8:26.77) while freshman
Ryan Udvadia (8:27.05) and junior
Benji Szalai (8:30.94) earned seeds five and six after strong races this winter. Redshirt-senior
John Yankello (8:47.66) also will suit up for HPU in the event.
On the sprints circuit, freshman
James House and junior
Andrew Kuras will look to give HPU the 60m dash title for the second-straight campaign on Friday at 4:10 p.m..
Evan Emery won the race in 2014 for the Panthers. House is seeded No. 1 after running a time of 6.87 seconds earlier this season.
HPU's esteemed pole vault squad takes center stage at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Three-time Big South Indoor Field Athlete of the Week
Austin Miller leads HPU after setting a new school record of 5.05m (16-6.75) at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge earlier this month. He will be joined in the event by freshman
Todd Uckermark, junior
Harris Coley and sophomore
Jose San Miguel.
Thursday's action also includes the shot put (5:45 p.m.), where reigning Big South Indoor Field Athlete of the Week
Jim Wilson will suit up after breaking his own school record on Saturday with a mark of 14.38m (47-2.25).
The Panthers won the DMR title at last year's indoor league meet and will look to repeat the performance Thursday at 7:35 p.m. when HPU enters senior

James Quattlebaum in the competition.
Distance action kicks off Friday at 10:50 a.m. with the mile run. Szalai is seeded No. 3 in the event (4:14.31) while junior
Paul O'Donoghue is in the fifth position (4:17.17). Freshmen
Ryan Udvadia (4:17.75) and
James Quattlebaum (4:18.63) have ran the sixth and seventh fastest mile times in the league so far this indoor season.
At noon on Friday, Wilson and senior
Christian Spaulding will suit up for the Panthers in the weight throw. Spaulding set a new school record of 15.75m (51-8.25) in the event at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge in January.
Friday's action wraps up at 2:45 p.m. with the 4x400m relay. The Panther quartet will include O'Donoghue, Hula, Goodrich and Faure.
