2012-13: Outdoor, Won decathalon and set HPU outdoor-record with 7,002 points at the Big South Championship ... In that decathalon, set career-bests in the discus (36.16m, 118-8), high jump (1.93m, 6-4) and the 1500-meter race (4:26.15) ... Won the 110-meter hurdles and 1500-meter race as part of decathalon ... Placed second in the discus, long jump, pole vault, high jump and 400-meter race in decathalon ... Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Bob Pollock Invitational ... Placed second in the 110-meter hurdles at the WSSU Collegiate Invitational ... Indoors, was runner-up in the heptathalon while setting an HPU indoor-record of 5,000 points at the Big South Championship ... 2011-12: Indoors, was runner-up in the heptathlon with an HPU-record 4,956 points at the Big South Championship ... Set career bests in the 60-meter hurdles (8.68), long jump (6.96 meters/22-10), 1,000-meter (2:43.50) and 60-meter dash (7.21) at the Big South Championship; also ran a leg of the fourth-place 4x400 relay that ran a season-best time of 3:20.41 ... During the outdoor season, placed third in the decathlon with an HPU record 6,633 points at the Big South Championship ... Won the 110-hurdle (15.36) at the Lynchburg Decathlon/Heptathlon ... Millis Scholar-Athlete. 

2010-11: Set HPU records in both the indoor heptathlon (4,179) and outdoor decathlon (5,618) as a freshman ... Indoors, placed 10th in the heptathlon at the Big South Championship ... In that heptathlon, set season bests in six of the seven events: 60-meter (7.48), 1,000-meter (2:48.62), 60-meter hurdles (9.37), high jump (1.80m, 5-10.75), pole vault (2.85m, 9-4.25) and shot put (9.94m, 32-7.5) ... Outdoors, placed seventh in the decathlon with a score of 5,618 and ran on HPU's seventh-place 4x100 relay and eighth-place 4x400 relay at the Big South Championship ... Set the HPU record with a score of 5,950 in the decathlon at the Deacon Combined Events; set season bests in the 100-meter dash (11.51), 1,500-meter (4:27.16), 110 hurdles (17.06), pole vault (3.32m, 10-10.75), long jump (6.38m, 20-11.25), shot put (9.90m, 32-5.75) and discus (28.56m, 93-8).

Prep: Competed on the varsity track & field team for three years and varsity soccer team for one at Averill Park High School ... High school best of 21-6 in the long jump ...
