2014-15: Indoor, set a personal best in the weight through of 14.04 meters (46-.75) at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge...Outdoor, set a collegiate best in the hammer throw  of 41.85 meters (137-4) at the Bill Carson Invitational...Set a collegiate best in the shot put with a throw of 14.95 meters (49-.75) at the Big South Outdoor Championships.

2013-14: Outdoor, set HPU record in the discus at Winthrop Invitational with throw of 47.68 meters (156-5) ... Set HPU shot put record with toss of 14.45 meters (47-5) at the Wake Forest Open ... Indoor, season-best 12.95 meters (42-6) mark in the shot put at Wake Forest Invitational to finish seventh ... career-best toss of 13.56 meters (44-6) in the weight throw to finish fifth at Dennis Craddock Invitational ... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2012-13: Recorded career-best throw of 13.27 meters (43-6.5) in the shot put at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational ... Had a career-best throw of 43.92 meters (144-1) in the discus throw to finish sixth at the Wolfpack Last Chance meet ... Won the shot put at the Wolfpack Last Chance meet ... Came in 11th in the discus throw and 14th in the shot put at the Big South Championship ... Placed third in the shot put at the Duke Twilight meet and the HPU VertKlasse Meeting ... Indoor, threw a career-best 12.64 meters (41-5.75) in the weight throw at the Big South Championship ... Had season-best throw in shot put of 13.00 meters (42-8) at the Big South Championship ... Came in eigth in the weight throw at both the JDL Fast Track Championship Tune-up and the Wake Forest Invitational. 

Prep: Competed for four years in track & field at Father Ryan ...Placed fifth in the discuss and shot put at  the TSSAA State Track and Field Championships …  Had high school bests of 167-9 in the discus and 52-10 in the shot put.
