No. 22 Oklahoma Takes Down Panthers, 107-63

Box Score Hollis Price scored 26 points and Ebi Ere added 21 as No. 22-ranked Oklahoma cruised past High Point, 107-63, at the Lloyd Noble Center. The Panthers (3-6) gave the Sooners trouble for the first ten minutes of the opening half before Oklahoma (6-1) found its groove and torched High Point from outside. The Sooners shot 61 percent from behind the arc and 57 percent overall.

Dustin Van Weerdhuizen led the Panthers with 16 points, while Ron Barrow chipped in 11 points and four steals. High Point played most of the game without point guard Joe Knight, the Panthers' second-leading scorer, who left the game in the middle of the first half after spraining his left foot and didn't return.

Teammate John Stonehocker also felt the injury bug when he took an unintentional elbow in the face and suffered a broken nose.
