2009-10: Competed as an unattached athlete during the cross country and indoor track & field seasons ... Finished fifth in the Blue Ridge Open in cross country ... Indoors, placed fourth in his heat of the 5,000-meter in a career-best 14:17.66 at the Washington Husky Classic ... Ran the 10,000-meter for the first time ever and placed fourth in his section in 29:20.77 at the Stanford Invitational; became HPU's No. 2 all-time 10,000-meter runner behind only Jesse Cherry ... Placed second in the 10,000-meter (30:20.70) and third in the 5,000-meter (15:13.28) at the Big South Championship ... Placed second in the 5,000-meter (14:42.40) at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting.

2008-09: During the indoor season, ran the 5,000-meter in a season-best 14:34.44 to place third in his heat at the Washington Husky Classic ... Placed third in the 3,000-meter (8:30.24) and sixth in the 5,000-meter (15:06.40) at the Big South Indoor Championship ... Ran one race during the outdoor season, recording a time of 14:30.08 in the 5,000-meter at the Raleigh Relays.

2007-08: In his first-ever track race, won his heat of the 3,000-meter in 9:04.51 at the UNC Chic Fila meet ... Placed ninth in the 3,000-meter (8:49.77) and 12th in the mile (4:30.56) at the Big South Indoor Championship ... Outdoors, ran the 5,000-meter in 15:18.84 at the Raleigh Relays and ran the 1,500-meter in 4:06.58 at the Duke Invitational.

HPU Men's Soccer: A member of the HPU men's soccer team from 2004-07 ... Played in 76 games as a midfielder, recording three goals and seven assists ... As a freshman in 2004, played in all 20 games and had assists against Wofford, East Carolina and Liberty ... Posted two goals and two assists in 18 games as a sophomore in 2005 ... In 2006, started 15 of the 21 games he played in and scored in the Panthers' 4-2 win over Pfieffer ... Played in 18 games in his final season of 2007 ... A Millis Scholar-Athlete and Big South Presidential Honor Roll honoree every year.
