2010-11: Set career bests in every event during the outdoor season, including a debut of 9:55.60 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to place 10th at the Big South Championship ... Placed 15th in the 3,000-meter in 8:59.18 at the Wake Forest Open ... Indoors, took 14th in the 3,000-meter (9:05.08) and 14th in the 5,000-meter (15:56.18) at the Big South Championship.

2009-10: Did not compete during the indoor season ... Outdoors, placed seventh in the 3,000-meter at the N.C. A&T Aggie Relays ... Took ninth in his heat and 21st overall in the 1,500-meter in a time of 4:15.31 at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting.

Prep: Helped team to 2008 and 2009 conference championships in cross country... Named first team All-Conference in 2008... Two-time All-County honoree in cross country.
