HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Big South Conference has announced its weekly honors as High Point University's Ty Brachbill was named Starting Pitcher of the Week. 

Brachbill tossed a complete-game victory in game two against Radford, allowing two runs on six hits with five strikeouts and two walks. He held the Highlanders to a .200 batting average and recorded his second consecutive complete-game outing. The junior right-hander retired the side in order in each of the first three innings and held Radford scoreless through the first 5.2 frames. Brachbill faced 33 batters and needed just 101 pitches to cap off the complete-game effort. He improved his record to 7-1 in his first season in the Purple & White. 

High Point is back on the diamond on Tuesday, April 14 at 6:00 p.m when they play North Carolina A&T at Truist Point in High Point, N.C.
