NEWPORT NEWS, VA. – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced the Under Armour Atlantic 10 weekly awards on Monday afternoon, naming High Point's Owen Bunten as the Rookie of the Week for the third straight week. Bunten becomes the first player in program history to be named a three-time Rookie of the Week in back-to-back-to-back weeks.
 
In the game against Robert Morris University, Bunten was second on the team in scoring and tallied a new season-high five goals on a .667 shot on goal percentage. Bunten scored three of his goals in the second half, helping High Point to a 17-11 victory over the Colonials.
 
High Point will play No. 7 ranked University of Virginia on Tuesday, February 18 in Charlottesville, Virginia at 5:00 p.m. on the ACC Network.
