PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The High Point University men's lacrosse team hit the road for its third Atlantic 10 Conference game of the season at No. 16 Saint Joseph's. In a thrilling game of lacrosse, High Point continued its winning streak earning its third win in league play with a 16-15 upset over the Hawks.
"That was fun," head coach
John Crawley stated. "St. Joes is a heck of a team… they play really hard, make it really hard to play a clean game, and are extremely well coached. I'm so proud of our guys. They played tough and they stuck together… through good and bad. Overend had an excellent game in the goal.
Ryan Hynes led our offense with toughness and poise and we made stops when it counted. It was a full team win, and I'm extremely proud of these guys."
