CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The High Point University men's track and field team finished competition at the UVA Challenge on Saturday afternoon despite weather delays early on in the day.
Head coach
Mike Esposito: "Pretty uneven day for us today. A positive would be getting a few injured athletes back to competition. We need our team leaders to step up and hold everybody accountable. All of our goals are right in front of us. We need to continue to focus on consistent preparation. With that, the results will come. Those student-athletes who struggled this weekend need to have the memory of a goldfish and trust all their hard work to this point."
