CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- High Point University sophomore
Ebba Ahman has been named the Big South's women's Co-Track Athlete of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Thursday afternoon (March 23rd). Ahman picked up two gold medals at the Bob Davidson Memorial in High Point over the weekend.Â

Ahman ran to two first-place finishes for HPU at Vert Stadium over the weekend and also finished fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.55m. She won the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 1:00.85 which also ranks fourth in all-time High Point program history. She also ran third on HPU's gold medal 4x400m relay team along with
Marissa Blakely,
Lindsay Cooper, and
Dae'Nitra Hester. The quartet finished with a time of 3:49.46.Â
