2024-25 (Indoor)

• Competed at seven meets during her final indoor season.
• Placed in the Top 5 in the 60m hurdles at five meets.
• Was crowned the Big South 60m Hurdles Champion (Feb. 28) with an 8.52 time, breaking the HPU program record.
• Posted a personal best in the 60H at the Doc Hale VT Meet (Feb. 7) with an 8.43 time for fourth place.
• Registered a personal best in the 200m dash with a 24.70 time at the Big South Championships (Feb. 28) with a sixth place finish.
• Helped the 4x400m relay team take home third place at the Big South Championships with a 3:46.61 time.

2024 (Outdoor)

• Competed in 12 meets during the outdoor season.
• Opened the season recording a new personal best in the 200m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3/14) with a 24.75 time for 8th place. Also placed 4th in both the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles at the meet.
• Posted personal bests in the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19) with a 13.64 time in the 100mH for 3rd place and a 58.41 program record time in the 400mH for 1st place.
• Crowned the 100m hurdle Champion at the Big South Championships (5/6) after clocking a 13.64 time.
• Crowned the 400m hurdle Champion at the Big South Championships (5/6) after clocking a 59.15 time.
• Helped the 4x400m relay team place 2nd at the Big South Championships (5/6) with a 3:46.26 time.
• Competed in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA First ROunds in Lexington, Kentucky.

2023-2024 (Indoor)

• Placed 4th in the 60H with a time of 8.74 at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1)
• Placed 4th in the 400m with a time of 57.54 at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/12)
• Clocked a 60m PR with at time of 8.04 to place 34th. She also placed 4th overall in the 60H with a time of 8.67 at the Hokie Invitational (1/20)
• Took home 12th in the 60H with a time of 8.75 at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26)
• Assisted 4x400m team to a 7th place finish with a collective time of 3:58.49 at the Music City Challenge (2/10)
• Placed 1st in the 60H with a time of 8.51 at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/17)
• PRed in the Triple Jump with a mark of 9.57m and placed 1st in the 60H with a time of 8.55 at the Big South Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/23)

2023 (Outdoor)

• Assisted 4x400m team to a 1st place finish with a collective time of 3:49.46 and secured a runner-up finish in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:02.94 at the Webb Davidson Meet (3/17)
• Placed in the top-5 in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:02.50 at the Weems Baskin Relays (3/24)
• Took home a 5th place finish in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:01.20 and assisted the 4x400m team to a 5th place finish with a collective time of 3:49.55 at Vertklasse (4/1)
• Placed first in both the 100m Hurdles, with a time of 13.43, and the 400m Hurdles, with a time of 59.47, at the Meet of Champions (4/15)
• Placed 11th in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 13.89 at the Virginia Challenge (4/20)
• Assisted 4x400m team to a top-5 finish with a collective time of 3:44.06 at the UNF East Coast Relays (4/28)
• Clocked a new 100m Hurdles PR in the preliminaries with a time of 13.67 before taking home silver with a time of 13.71 at the Big South Outdoor Championships (5/10)
• Placed 1st in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 58.66 at Diesels Last Chance Meet (5/14)

• Finished 3rd in 60m Hurdles at the Liberty Kickoff Season Opener, running a time of 8.63 (12/3)
• Set a new personal record in 400m dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational, running a time of 56.91 (1/14)
• Finished 3rd in 60m Hurdles at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational, running a time of 8.86 (1/21)
• Finished 6th in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 8.46 at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/3)
• Assisted the 4x400m team to a 1st place finish with a collective time of 3:45.11 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Meet (2/10)
