DURHAM and GREENSBORO, N.C. — High Point University Track & Field finished multiple days of competition at two different meets in North Carolina (Duke Invitational and the Aggie Invitational).  The highlight for the Panther men this weekend was Hocine Bouchrak finishing in second place in the men's 3000m steeplechase and breaking Dakota Pechee's school record, which had stood since 2013.  Bouchrak ran 8:41.90 which was over a second faster than Pechee's time of 8:43.04 in which he ran at the 2013 NCAA Championships.  Bouchrak's time currently puts him in third place in the NCAA East Region in the event.
