- Outdoor
- Competed at five meets.
- Had a big performance in the decathlon at the Big South Championships (May 6-8) recording a new personal best 6,726 points to place second overall.
- Recorded personal bests in the 100m (3rd, 11.30), high jump (3rd, 1.74m), 110m hurdles (3rd, 15.97) and the 1500m (1st, 4:36.81).
- Posted a new personal best in the discus at the Wake Forest Invitational (Apr. 19) throwing 43.71m.
- Represented Team Canada in the Decathlon at the Olympic Trials in late June.
- Indoor
- Competed in four indoor meets.
- PRed in the Long Jump with a mark of 6.48m and the 60H with a time of 8.65 at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1).
- Clocked a time of 8.93 in the 60H at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/12).
- Competed in the heptathlon at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (1/26) and placed third with a new personal best score of 4,679 points.
- Posted a personal best in the 1000m with a time of 2:50.32.
Sophomore (2022-23)
- Outdoor
- Placed 8th in the Long Jump with a mark of 6.39m at the Webb Davidson Meet (3/17)
- Placed 4th in the 4x300m with a time of 2:26.41 at the Weems Baskin Relays (3/24)
- PRed in the Discus with a mark of 42.03m at Vertklasse (4/1)
- Secured three PRs in the Decathlon: 100m with a time of 11.35, Shot Put with a mark of 12.82m, and 110H with a time of 16.10 to place runner-up with a total of 6,494 points at the Meet of Champions (4/15)
- PRed in the Decathlon with 6,709 points to place 3rd at the Big South Outdoor Championships. He also secured PRs in four Decathlon events: 400m with a time of 50.80, Pole Vault with a mark of 4.35m, Javelin with a mark of 50.49m, and 1500m with a time of 4:42.43 (5/10)

- Opened the season with a 1000m PR in the Heptathlon of 2:52.79 to place 5th with 4,605 points at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1)

- Placed 8th in the Heptathlon with 3,981 points at the Wesley A Brown Invitational (1/20)

- Set new personal best in Decathlon-High Jump and 110H at the Bob Davidson Memorial Meet, with a mark of 1.73m in HJ and time of 17.05 in 110H (3/18)
- Set new personal best in Decathlon- Shot Put, Pole Vault, 1500m at the Duke Invitational, with a throw of 12.29m, mark of 3.80m in PV and time of 4:51.20 in 1500m (4/9)
- Competed in Long Jump at the Charlotte Invitational, setting a new personal best mark of 6.10m (4/29)
- Set several new personal best in the Decathlon at the Big South Championships, placing 3rd overall scoring a total of 6059 points (5/11)
