Â
• The Panthers have won six straight matches for the first time since winning eight straight contests in Oct. 9 through Oct. 31, 2015.
Â
• The four straight conference wins are one shy of last year's longest Big South winning streak. Two wins this weekend would move the streak to HPU's fourth-longest streak in Big South play.
Â
• From Sept. 15 to Sept. 25, the Purple & White won 16 consecutive sets, which is tied for the longest in the program's Division I era. The current squad has won eight straight sets.
Â
Blazing Attack
• The Panthers are hitting .295 in their four Big South matches including a season-best .377 outing in the 3-0 win over Radford.
Â
• No Panther is enjoying conference play quite like junior
Molly Livingston who is hitting at a ridiculous .410 clip in league action.
Â
Serving Up Success
• High Point leads the Big South with 2.43 aces per set in conference play and have moved to 20th nationally with 105 aces.
Â
• Barnes, Bottomley and junior
Abby Broadstreet are all tied for the league lead with 0.57 aces per frame.
Â
• Only 16 players in the nation has served more aces than Barnes' 30 this fall.
Â
Climbing the Career Rankings
• Barnes needs 25 digs to jump from 12th to eighth in HPU's career digs list.
Â
• Livingston is seventh in solo blocks with 44, but just five away from claiming third place.
Â
• Livingston's .336 career attack percentage is the best in HPU's Division I era while junior
Jordan Hefner needs 10 attack attempts to qualify and will likely slide into the rankings at fourth.
