HIGH POINT, N.C. –  The High Point University Volleyball program announced the schedule for the 2026 season. The Panthers will face 13 non-conference opponents - including four Power 4 matchups - and 14 Big South games.
 
Kicking off the non-conference season, High Point will travel to three tournaments, opening the season at the Penn State Invitational. On August 28-30, HPU will play three games at Penn State, first against UConn, followed by a game versus Hofstra and the host, Penn State. This will be the first meeting between the Panthers and the Nittany Lions. Times for all three games are still to be determined.
  
During the weekend of September 5-6, the Panthers will play in the Liberty Mountain Madness at Liberty. HPU will first take on Lamar at 2:00 p.m. on Sept. 5 before playing Liberty 24 hours later on Sept. 6 at 2:00 p.m.
 
The Panthers remain on the road for a tournament at Pittsburgh during the weekend of September 11-13. This will be the third time that the Panthers have participated in a tournament hosted by Pitt (2018 & 2023). High Point will face Wright State at 4:00 p.m. on Sept. 11 before taking on Pittsburgh, the 2025 National Championship Runner-Up, on Sept. 12 at 5:00 p.m. HPU rounds out the invitational against Jacksonville on Sept. 13 at 11:00 a.m.
 
The High Point Invitational returns to the Millis Center for the first time since the 2024 season, during the weekend of September 17-19 as the Panthers welcome Wofford, NC A&T, and North Alabama to HPU. The Panthers will first face Wofford on Sept. 17 at 6:00 p.m. followed by a match versus NC A&T on Sept. 18 at 7:00 p.m. and the final match of the invitational versus North Alabama at 4:00 p.m. This will complete HPU's early season tournament play.
 
High Point remains at home for the first Big South conference game of the season. The Panthers will host Radford on September 25 at 6:00 p.m. for a one-game weekend.
 
From there, HPU will travel to USC Upstate on October 2 at 6:00 p.m. and to UNC Asheville on October 3 (time TBA).
 
Mixing in a non-conference opponent, the Panthers will travel to the College of Charleston on October 6 for the second consecutive year playing the Cougars.
 
The following weekend, on October 9 and 10, the Panthers will host Gardner-Webb and Winthrop at 6:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. respectively.

High Point then hits the road for an away weekend, at Charleston Southern and Presbyterian. The game at CSU on October 16 will start at 6:00 p.m. and the game at Presbyterian on October 17 is to be determined on a start time.

HPU will host back-to-back weekends at home. On October 23 and 24, UNC Asheville and USC Upstate will come to town with matches set for 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, respectively. During the weekend of Halloween on October 30 and 31, the Panthers will host Presbyterian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Charleston Southern at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
 
The Panthers wrap up the regular season with three road games. First at Winthrop on November 6 at 6:00 p.m. and at Gardner-Webb on Saturday, November 7 at 6:00 p.m. The following weekend, High Point will travel to Radford for the final game of the regular season on November 13 at 6:00 p.m.
 
The Big South Tournament will be hosted by Winthrop in Rock Hill, S.C. beginning on November 20-22 as the Panthers seek its fourth straight tournament title.

Following the Big South Tournament, High Point will play at Minnesota on November 28 for the second meeting in program history.
