High Point Notes:
           • High Point earned a 1-0 win over No. 25 Radford on Saturday at Vert Stadium to move into a three-way tie atop the Big South. The Panthers are 10-3-2 overall and 4-1-0 in the conference with three games to play.
           • Freshman
Jon Bolanos scored HPU's only goal in the win over the Highlanders, his fourth of the season. The midfielder was set loose on the counter thanks to a pass from fellow freshman
Siggi Benonysson and he beat the keeper with a chipped shot from the top of the 18.
           • Benonysson was named to the College Soccer News Team of the Week after posting a goal and an assist in wins over Winthrop and Radford. He currently leads the team with 24 points and 10 goals this season and is first in the conference in both goals and points this season.

Chris Ramsell sits just behind Benonysson with eight goals and 20 points on the season, which ranks third in the Big South. His four assists also ties him for the team lead along with Benonysson and redshirt-freshman
Bana Ganidekam.
           • High Point ranks second in the nation in goals per game with an average of 2.53 per contest. The Panthers lead the country in shots per game and have outshot their opponents 269-142.
           • Sophomore
Johnny Fenwick was named the Big South Defensive Player of the Week after leading the HPU defense to a shutout victory over the nationally-ranked Highlanders. The sophomore played a crucial role in the defensive performance by the Panthers to earn his first-ever Big South weekly honor.

Keegan Meyer has started 14 games in goal for HPU and is 9-3-2 with a 1.08 goals-against average and a .692 save percentage in his first collegiate season. He has four shutouts on the season and has allowed more than one goal in just four games.

Liberty Notes:
           • Liberty is coming off back-to-back conference wins over Campbell and Gardner-Webb, improving its record to 6-7-1 overall and 3-2-0 in the Big South.
           • The Flames earned a 3-2 win over Gardner-Webb during the weekend thanks to a late goal by freshman Rigoberto Rojas in the 80th minute. Tresor Mbuyu and Kevin Mendoza also scored for LU in the one-goal win.
           • Rojas was named the Big South Freshman of the Week after posting a goal and an assist against the Runnin' Bulldogs. He leads the team and is second in the Big South with six assists on the season.
           • Mbuyu leads Liberty and is second in the Big South with nine goals and 22 points on the season. The sophomore has four goals and 11 points in five Big South games.
           • James Knoebel has played 12 games in goal for the Flames this season and is 6-5-1 with a 1.62 goals-against average and a .740 save percentage. He has three shutouts on the season.
