Box Score High Point took the first game from visiting Charleston Southern, but the Buccaneers rallied to sweep the next three games for a 3-1 win Friday night in volleyball action at the Millis Center.
The Panthers fall to 8-26 (1-12 in Big South play), while CSU improves to 15-17 (3-10).
The Panthers recorded a hitting percentage of .349 en route to a 30-22 game-one victory. But the Bucs rallied behind
Allyn Beam (25 kills, 11 digs) and
Tori Owens (12 kills, 14 digs) to take the final three games by a score of 30-19, 30-24, 30-25.

Kim Anderson (14 digs) and
Jenelle Stouffer (10 digs) paced the Panthers defensively, while
Heather Butt tallied a match-high 49 assists.
The Panthers finish the regular season Saturday afternoon at home (2:00 pm) against Coastal Carolina. Panther seniors Ryan,
Jaime Kutz and
April Shields will be honored before the match.
