2019-20 Indoor: Started her 2020 in a big way by winning the Women's 3000m with a personal best time of 9:57.79. She also finished second in the one mile with a time of 5:06.01 at the VMI Keydet Invitational (1/18)... Set a school record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16.47.94, which is also the third fastest time in the Big South Conference at the Music City Challenge (2/15)... Named Most Valuable Athlete of the Big South Championship with two titles in Big South Championship  3000m (9:47.97) and 5000m (17:00.65) along with a career best in the Mile where she placed 3rd in the podium with a time of 5:00.21 (2/29).

2019 Outdoor: Took first in the 5000m during the Panthers season opener at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (3/15)... Finished a full 30 seconds faster than the previous school record she owned in the 10,000m, running a 35:02.80 at Raleigh Relays... Shaved another nine seconds off that record-setting pace, crossing in 34:53.92 at the Virginia Challenge 10,000m for fourth overall... Claimed the Big South Championship 10,000m title (5/9)... Finished runner-up in both the Big South Championship 5000m (17:11.87) and 3000m Steeplechase (10:42.72), setting new career bests in each event... Her season-best 10,000m time of 34:52.92 finished 53rd in the NCAA East at the end of the season... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19 Indoor: Ran a 10:21.08 during the Keydet Invitational 3000m (1/18), while competing as a part of a DMR relay team that took fourth at the meet (12:53.77)... Grabbed an event win during the Liberty Kickoff (1/26), running the 5000m in 17:54.38... Claimed a Big South Championship title in the 5000m (2/16) after finishing in a time of 17:53.90 at the conference meet... Also took second in the 3000m at that meet (2/15), crossing the finiah line at a pace of 10:07.75... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2018 Outdoor: Pulled off a tough triple at the Big South Championships, earning all-conference honors in the 3,000m steeplechase (2nd) and 10,000 meters (3rd) and placing fourth in the 5,000 meters... Set career-best times in the steeplechase (10:55.69) and 5,000m (17:12.66) at the conference meet... Broke the 10,000m school record in a time of 35:37.55 at the Virginia Challenge.

2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-Big South honors in both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the Big South Championships... Set a career-best time in the 3,000m in 10:06.80 and a season-best mark in the 5,000m in 17:37.11 at the conference meet.

2017 Outdoor: Earned All-Big South honors with third-place finishes in the 3,000m steeplechase (season-best 11:07.08) and 5,000m (18:06.72)... Posted a season-best in the 5,000m of 17:51.60 at the Liberty Twilight... Finished fourth in the 3,000mSC at the VertKlasse Meeting.

2016-17 Indoor: Opened the collegiate career with a 1st place finish in the DMR at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 12:52.52...Posted a 1st place finish in the 5000m at the Liberty Kick Off with a time of 18:30.70...Posted a season best in the mile with a time of 5:16.61at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Placed 3rd at the Big South Championships with a season best in the 3000m clocking in at 10:17.66...Placed 5th in the 5000m at the Big South Championships with a season-best time of 17:53.86.

Prior to High Point: State qualifier in the 3200m relay...Part of the 3200m relay team that holds the Southern Lehigh school record...Part of two league championship teams...Held PRs of 5:08.76 in the 1600m run and 2:25.83 in the 800m.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Anne Geis...Has a brother, Riley, and sister, Emmy...Emmy is a sprinter on the HPU track & field team...Intends to major in biology.
