Horn graduated with both a Bachelors (2024) and Masters (2025) degree from HPU and became the most decorated student-athlete to come through High Point. She capped her career as a nine-time NCAA All-American and holds both the indoor and outdoor women's pole vault records in HPU and Big South program history.

2025 (Outdoor)

• Competed at eight outdoor meets.
• Finished second at the NCAA Division I East First Round (4.24m) to qualify for the National Championship Meet in Eugene, where she finished 10th to earn Second-Team All-America accolades -- marking her ninth career All-America honor.
• Voted the Big South Female Field Athlete of the Year for the fourth time in her career -- becoming the first ever four-time winner in Big South history.
• Finished runner-up at the Big South Outdoor Championships (May 14) with a 4.32m height.
• Re-set her own High Point and Big South outdoor pole vault record at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier (May 6) with a 4.46m clear.
• Won the pole vault three times during the outdoor campaign.
• Named the Big South Female Field Athlete of the Week three times during the outdoor season.
• Earned CSC Academic All-District honors for carrying a 4.0 GPA.
• Following the 2024-25 season, she was named the Wanda Watkins Female Athlete of the Year for the second time in her career -- becoming the fifth recipient of the award to win it multiple times in their career.

2024-2025 (Indoor)

• Competed at 10 indoor meets during her graduate student season.
• Re-set the High Point and Big South indoor pole vault record at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb. 21) after clearing 4.57m.
• Was crowned the Big South Women's Indoor Pole Vault Champion for the fourth time in her career, becoming the first four-time Champion in the event in Big South history with a 4.45m clearance.
• Voted the Big South Most Outstanding Performance at the Indoor Championships.
• Finished seventh at the National Indoor Meet with a height of 4.40m for her fourth career First-Team Indoor All-America honor.
• Cleared at least 4.40m four times and took home first-place at six meets.
• Was named the Big South Indoor Field Athlete of the Week seven times during the regular season.

2024 (Outdoor)

• Redshirted the outdoor season.
• Represented HPU at her first Olympic Trials in late June of 2024.

2023-2024 (Indoor)

• Placed 3rd in the Pole Vault with a mark of 4.05m at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1)
• Placed 2nd in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.37m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/12)
• Placed in the top-5 in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.34m at the Hokie Invitational (1/20)
• Secured the gold in Pole Vault at the Riverhawk Invitational with a mark of 4.20m (1/26)
• Placed 4th in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.39m at the Doc Hale Invitational (2/2)
• Placed 1st at the Doc Hale VT Meet (2/2) and the 2024 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/9).
• Crowned the Big South Indoor Pole Vault Champion (2/23) after clearing a Big South & program record 4.51m.
• Made First Team All-American at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships (3/7) with a 4.45m height for 3rd place.

2023 (Outdoor)

• Placed 4th in Pole Vault at Vertklasse with a mark of 4.32m (4/1)
• Secured a 2nd place finish in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.20m at the Texas Invitational (4/28)
• Placed 1st in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.41m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/3)
• Took home the gold at the Big South Outdoor Championships with a Pole Vault mark of 4.26m (5/10)
• Placed in the top-5 in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.22m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/25)
• Secured a 5th place finish in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.30m at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships (6/7)
• Post season she competed at the USATF Championships and placed 7th clearing 4.36m.
• Qualified for theU23 North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletics Association (NACAC) Championships in July of 2023.

2022-2023 (Indoor)

• Posted a Pole Vault mark of 4.30m to place 1st at the Liberty Kickoff (12/1)
• Followed up with a 3rd place finish in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.45m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/14)
• Secured a 1st place finish in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.30m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/20)
• Placed 2nd at the Bob Pollock Invitational in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.31m (1/27)
• Secured a 1st place finish in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.36m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Meet (2/10)
• Secured her Pole Vault PR en route to a 1st place finish with a mark of 4.50m at the Big South Indoor Championships (2/24)
• Placed 12th in Pole Vault with a mark of 4.20m at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships (5/10)

2022 (Outdoor):

• Placed 1st in Pole Vault at the VertKlasse Meet, with a mark of 4.45m (4/1)

2021 (Outdoor): 

• Horn made program history at the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field championships as she recorded back-to-back All-American performances at both NCAA Track & Field Championships in the same season.
• She is the first Panther woman to ever accomplish this feat. Horn finished sixth at the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships which is the highest Panther finish in program history.
• She is the first High Point athlete to earn All-American honors at an NCAA Outdoor Championship.
• At the Big South Outdoor Championships, Horn went big. The Freshman cleared a bar of 4.44m which ranks fifth in the nation after the NCAA track and field season.
• Horn's mark of 4.44 earned her the Big South Most Outstanding performance award after the championship meet.
• 2021 Big South Women's Field Athlete of the Year.

• Placed 3rd in Pole Vault at Virginia Tech Invitational, with a mark of 4.22m (1/16)
• Placed 1st in Pole Vault at the VMI Winter Relays, with a mark of 4.33m (1/30)
• Qualified For NCAA Indoor Nationals
