2019 Outdoor: Started the outdoor season with an 18:02.66 in the Yellow Jacket Invitational 5000m (3/16)... Ran the first 10,000m of her collegiate career in a time of 38:11.36 at Raleigh Relays (3/29)... Ran a season best 1500m time of 4:47.55 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/1)... Crushed her previous outdoor PR in the 5000m by nearly 26 seconds, and her overall collegiate best by over 12 seconds (17:36.62) while coming in fifth overall at Big South Championships (5/9)... Earned All-Conference nods as well, after taking third in the 10,000m with a PR of 37:42.08... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19 Indoor: Opened the indoor season with a third-place finish in the JDL Early Bird Duals 3000m (12/2) running a time of 10:27.24... Took third at the Liberty Kickoff (1/26), turning in a time of 18:17.73 in the 5000m... Beat her previous best in the 3000m by nearly six seconds, running into sixth in Big South Championships (2/15) with a time of 10:16.59... Came back the next day to take fourth in the 5000m, crossing the finish line in 18:18.25... Millis Scholar-Athlete.

2018 Outdoor: Competed at two meets.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters and ninth in the 3,000 meters in season-best times of 17:48.78 and 10:22.59, respectively, at the Big South Championships.

Prior to High Point: 2017 Delaware County champion in 3,200 meters... State qualifier in 2017 4x800m relay and 2015 DMR... Four-time PIAA District 1 qualifier in 4x800m relay.

Personal: Daughter of Sandra and Martin Hellman... Has three brothers, Thomas, Rielly and Blake... Intending to major in exercise science... Member of the National Art and National Honor Societies... Father, Martin, played lacrosse at Gettysburg.
