Led the team in ERA, and ranked among team leaders in opponents' average (.203, 2nd), appearances (2nd), saves (2nd), wins (t-3) and strikeouts (5th) ... Did not allow an earned run in his final nine appearances, totaling 18.2 IP ... Yielded runs in only five of his 20 appearances, multiple runs only twice ... Earned the victory by tossing 5.1 scoreless innings in the Big South Tournament elimination game against Campbell (5/26/17), establishing a new HPU Div.
