High Point, N.C. –  The Panthers are set for another busy week of competition, with four teams opening their 2026 seasons while three others continue their fall campaigns. Men's golf opens the week at the Augusta Invite in Augusta, Ga., from August 31-September 1. No. 9 men's soccer returns home Wednesday to host VCU at Vert Stadium. Both cross country teams begin their seasons Friday at the Elon Invitational in Elon, N.C., while volleyball heads to Lynchburg, Va., for the Liberty Moutain Madness, facing Lamar on Saturday and Liberty on Sunday. Women's Soccer travels to UNC Willmington on Sunday for a match, while women's golf opens its season at the Golfweek Fall Challenge in Pawleys Island, S.C., beginning Sunday.
