CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Big South Conference announced the weekly awards for women's track & field. High Point University's Zamesha Myle was named the Field Athlete of the Week. This was Myle's first weekly award for the outdoor season.
 
In the triple jump at the VertKlasse meeting, she landed a new program record, 13.10m for first place, breaking the previous record held by Alicia Dawson in 2023 (12.71m). In the long jump, she landed a personal best with a 6.07m jump for third place. She also competed with the 4x400m relay team and helped the team secure a new program record with a 44.97 time for second place overall. 
 
High Point will compete at two meets the following weekend at the Duke Invitational (April 9-11) and at the 44 Farms Invite (April 9-11).
