HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University Men's & Women's Cross Country teams released their 2025 schedules on Tuesday morning. Both the men's and women's teams will compete in seven meets.

"Every year we set up our schedule to best prepare our student-athletes for the conference championship and NCAA regional," HPU Director of Track & Field Mike Esposito said. "We feel that this year schedule does exactly that. Challenging courses while ramping up the level of competition with each succeeding meet."
 
The team's kickoff the 2025 season down the road at Elon University on August 29. The women will race in the 4k beginning at 8:15 p.m., followed by the men's 6k at 8:45 p.m.
 
High Point women remain in North Carolina with a trip to Raleigh for a 5k race at NC State on September 19, while the men bus to Longwood for a 6k the next day, September 20. The time of each race is to be announced.
 
During the weekend of October 3, the men's and women's teams will split again to compete at separate races. The men will travel to East Carolina University for an 8k meet, while the women will head to Loyola Chicago for a 6k at Sean Earl Lakefront.
 
For the final meet of the regular season during the weekend of October 17, both the men's and women's teams will race at the Panorama Farms at the University of Virginia. The men will race an 8k and the women will race a 6k.
 
The Big South Conference Championship will take place on October 31 at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. The times are to be announced as the men will compete in an 8k and the women will run a 5k. The women are seeking its ninth straight championship, while the men are seeking its first since 2014.
 
Following the Big South Championships, the NCAA Southeast Regional will take place at the University of Virginia on November 14. The NCAA National Championships will take place in Columbia, Missouri on November 22.
