HIGH POINT, N.C. - The 2025 National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association 25th Division I All-America first, second and third teams were announced on Wednesday as High Point University's Konni Durschlag was tagged Second Team All-American, and Brayden Simpson was named Third Team All-American. This the first time since 2012 that a pair of Panthers were tabbed All-Americans in the same year and the first to be named since Andrew Gottfried in 2016. With the addition of Durschlag and Simpson, now 10 Panthers have earned the title All-American in the programs Division I era. 

The Big South Player of the Year finished his senior season with a team leading .434 batting average, earning him third in the nation in that category. He was second in on base percentage (.546), and seventh in hits (96), while also leading in five offensive categories in the Big South Conference. Durschlag roped 15 home runs in the leadoff spot, 23 doubles, and 59 rbi, while starting in center field in all 56 games played in. He was named to the D1 Baseball Midseason All-American Watch list, while also being named to the NCAA National Lineup of the Week. Durschlag was also named to the ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. I Atlantic All-Region First Team. 

The Big South First Team All-Conferecce honoree started in every game this year slashing .396/.477/.774 while leading the team and conference in home runs (22). He finished top 10 in the nation in doubles (24), slugging percentage (.774), total bases (181), runs batted in (78), and T-12 in hits (91), while also leading the Big South in three of those categories. He recorded 28 multi-hit games, while tallying 18 multi-rbi games in 234 at-bats. Simpson was also named No.10 on the D1 Baseball Top 50 Third Basemen list.
