CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For the third consecutive year, High Point University is the Big South Conference Men's Soccer outright regular-season champion and is the No. 1 seed in the upcoming conference tournament, which was announced on Sunday morning following the conclusion of the conference season.
The eighth-ranked Panthers finished the 2025 regular-season with 21 points and a perfect 7-0-0 conference record for their seventh all-time outright Big South title and receive a bye into the conference semifinals. Overall, HPU is 11-1-4 and is on a five-match unbeaten streak heading into the postseason.
High Point outscored Big South opponents 22-1 — which is the least goals allowed in conference play in Big South history — and looks to keep that momentum flowing into the semifinals. The Panthers have advanced to six straight conference finals and hoisted three trophies during the span.
The Panthers will host the No. 4/5 winner of UNC Asheville and USC Update at Vert Stadium on Sunday, November 9 at 6 p.m.
