Boswell is now a seven-time Big South Coach of the Year honoree, as she led the Panthers to an 11-5 overall record for the program's most regular-season wins since 2019. High Point finished the conference season 7-1, marking the third-straight year with at least seven Big South victories. HPU held first-place Mercer to its fewest goals in a conference match this season (13). The Panthers were the only Big South program to record four consecutive 20-goal matches this season (all in league play from April 3-13), and carries a seven-match win streak into this weekend's Big South Championship Tournament. High Point finished the conference campaign first in caused turnovers (12.62), assists (9.75) and shot percentage (55.5), and was second in goals against average (9.38), draw controls (17.62), points (27.50) and goals (17.75). Overall, the Panthers rank second in goals (14.31), points (21.06), caused turnovers (9.94) and GAA (12.56). Boswell finished with six first-place votes and 22 points in the voting, ahead of Mercer's Samantha Eustace (two first-place votes and 14 points).
Aryss Lindsey, Sr., Defender: Newcomer of the Year + First Team All-Conference
Lindsey made an instant impact in her first season at HPU, earning her the first Big South Women's Lacrosse Newcomer of the Year, which recognizes the top non-freshman transfer playing in the Big South for the first time. The Big South Defensive Player of the Week honoree following the opening week of the season, the first-team defender finished the regular-season with a team-high 26 ground balls and 29 caused turnovers in 16 starts, while scoring three goals with one assist. Lindsey defended each team's top player, held the Big South's top scorer to two goals, and matched her career-high four caused turnovers against nationally-ranked Duke. Lindsey collected seven first-place votes and 15 points in Newcomer of the Year balloting, ahead of Presbyterian attacker Brooke Chandler (two first-place votes and seven points).
Jordan Miles, Jr., Attack: First Team All-Conference
Miles quickly rose to the occasion in her junior campaign. After being named the Big South Offensive Player of the Week honoree after her four-goal outing versus No. 24 Duke in week one, the attacker went onto lead the Panthers in goals (49), points (58) and draw controls (84). Miles' .759 shot-on-goal percentage was top 15 nationally all season as she scored in all 16 games and had 11 with three goals or more. She netted four goals against conference opponents in the first half alone while also having a pair of games with five goals in 30 minutes. Miles doubled her goal, assist, and point production from her sophomore season while becoming the program's second-best draw control taker in a single season with 84 compared to 13 in the year prior. Miles was in the running for Offensive Player of the Year as the to-be winner in Mercer's Gabby DiVirgilio received five first-place votes and 19 points in the voting, ahead of Miles (three first-place votes and 15 points) and Furman's Anna Roser (10 points).
Esprit Cha, Jr., Midfielder: First Team All-Conference
Cha was a do-it-all player in a breakout season. The Big South Defensive Player of the Week honoree was second in goals (41), assists (13), points (54), ground balls (25) and caused turnovers (21). Cha started every game played and netted two or more goals in 13 games. She forced a career-high six turnovers against Mercer and had four ground balls, while scoring a career-high five goals versus San Diego State. The midfielder more than doubled her goals, assists, ground balls, and caused turnovers from sophomore year to set her up for a case of being named the Big South Midfielder of the Year. The coaches voted Mercer's Kayla Soltys as the recipient as she received five first-place votes and 18 points, just ahead of High Point's Cha (three first-place votes and 17 points) and Furman's Hannah Dintino (one first-place vote and 15 points).
Kay Rosselli, Sr., Midfielder: Second Team All-Conference

Starting in all 16 games, Rosselli scored in 12 games with seven of those with two goals or more. She netted hat tricks versus Coastal Carolina and Radford, while recording a three-assist game against Presbyterian. She registered her 100th career draw controls verus Radford.
Mandy Brockamp, Jr., Midfielder: Honorable Mention All-Conference
As a team captain, Brockamp started all 16 games and helped anchor the team. She scored in 10 games with five scoring two more goals, while being one of six players with 20 ground balls or more. Her 24 ground balls was two off the team high as she had eight games with two or more ground balls and a season-high four versus Mercer. Brockamp recorded five games with two or more caused turnovers, including a season-high three versus Longwood, and netted a hat trick against Radford.
Sydney Martin, Soph., Defender: Honorable Mention All-Conference
Martin took a huge leap in her sophomore season. Starting in every game played (16), the defender was tied for second in ground balls (25) and third in caused turnovers (20). Martin had three games with four caused turnovers or more, while having six games with two or more ground balls. She had a career-high five ground balls and matched a career-best four caused turnovers versus Radford en route to her first Big South Defensive Player of the Week Award.
Tatum Mehring, R-Soph., Defender: All-Academic Team
