GREENSBORO, N.C. – The High Point University baseball team fell to UNC Greensboro in seven innings, 13-0, on Wednesday night.

Jake Potts started the game on the mound for HPU. It was his first start of the year as he went two innings, allowing four runs, on two hits, striking out three batters.

Christian Baker all came out of the HPU bullpen.
Dawson Harman,
Brayden Simpson,
Patrick Matthews, and
Xavier Cumbee tallied the four hits for the Panthers.
Sam Schner,
Oliver Cush, and
Brett Ahalt also made their way into the lineup tonight.
Up Next: High Point will welcome the Mercer Bears this weekend for a three game series. The first game is on Saturday, April 27 at 5 p.m. Sunday will be a double header starting at 12 p.m.
