2024: Made 19 appearance out of the bullpen ... held a 2-0 record as he recorded a win against Winthrop (5/12) and Vanderbilt in the NCAA Regionals (6/1) ... threw 18.2 innings of work, striking out 19 batters, and only surrendering two home runs ... opposing teams hit .247 while Baker was on the mound.

PRIOR TO HPU: Played baseball at Charleston Southern and Gaston College... had five relief appearances in the 2020 season with the Buccaneers (19-game season due to COVID-19)... made 13 relief appearances in the 2021 spring season with the Buccaneers... during the 2022 season with the Rhinos, Baker appeared in 22 games (13 conference games), throwing a total of 36.1 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball for two seasons at Rolesville (2016-2017) before playing his final two seasons with the Pro5 Baseball Academy (2018-2019).... was a member of the National Honor Society at Rolesville.

PERSONAL: Born on June 6th, 2000... the son of David and Kristina Baker... has one sibling, Kaitlynne.
