On the road to Nationals, Horn tied for first at the NCAA Preliminaries with a height of 4.22 meters to punch her ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the third consecutive year. Horn opened post season competition winning the individual title at the Big South Outdoor Championships after clearing 4.26m.

During the outdoor regular season, Horn posted a season-high 4.41m and first-place finish at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in March. She also tagged heights of 4.32m at Vertklasse and 4.20m at the Texas Invitational.

After four indoor meets, Horn broke the broke pole vault record by posting a new personal best at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships with a clearance of 4.50m. At the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Horn earned second team All-American honors with a 4.20m height following a 12th place finish.

Adding to the trophy case, Horn finished the 2022-23 season collecting first and second team All-American honors, seven first place medals, her third consecutive Female Field Athlete of the Year and a new program record and personal best of 4.50m.
